Shipping and Refund

Shipping policy

We ship all orders with Aus Post Express shipping, it takes 1-3 days for the order to be delivered unless there could be delays by Aus Post on some rare occasions. All orders will have a tracking number. The number will be emailed to you when the order is despatched.

If shipping to a business address please include the business name.

Aplus Shisha is not responsible for any delays of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch through Australia post-Express Network. Most orders gets delivered within 1-3 days. However sometimes there could be some minor delays by Australia post and we have no control over that.

Return to Sender: All parcels returned to sender (Aplus Shisha) due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from Post Office will incur a return fee.  Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them will need to pay a re-postage fee.

Parcels with Authority to leave in safe place – We will not take responsibility for parcels that have gone missing when customers request authority to leave and no signature is obtained. This is at the customer’s own risk.



Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Aplusshishadelivery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
